Ordering Window & Schedule
Orders and new subscriptions placed from the 1st to the 25th of any month are scheduled for the following month’s Monthly Mail.
Orders or subscriptions placed after the 25th are automatically scheduled for the month after next.
Monthly Mail parcels are dispatched within the first week of the scheduled month.
What You’ll Receive
Each Monthly Mail contains a curated selection of items designed around that month’s theme.
Contents may vary slightly from photos or previews due to stock, printing variations, or small creative changes.
Payments
Full payment is required at checkout for once-off orders and is billed automatically for active subscriptions.
If a subscription payment fails, the order will not be processed for that cycle and will roll over to the next eligible month once payment is successful.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew each month automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the 25th to avoid being billed for the next cycle.
Cancellations after the 25th will apply to the following cycle.
Address Change
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address - the closest PUDO locker.
Address changes must be submitted before the 25th to apply to the upcoming shipment.

No Returns or Refunds
This little shop is fully run by one human (hi, that’s me!) doing all the designing, packing, prepping, and planning. I’d love to offer the same fancy policies big companies have, but right now that’s just not realistic for a one-person operation.
Because of that, I’m not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items that were shipped in good faith and arrived exactly as described on your order receipt.
BUT! If something goes wrong with your order - damaged mail, missing items, printing issues, a gremlin snuck into your parcel - please check the info below. I’ll absolutely do everything I can to help and make it right.
Order Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know within 7 days if something’s not right. If you received a defective item or the wrong product, email deardecal@gmail.com so we can sort it out.
If the mistake is on our side, we’ll either resend the correct item (if it’s still in stock) or give you a full refund - easy as that.
Just a heads-up: this policy doesn’t cover items that were damaged or lost during shipping. Those situations fall under different guidelines, so make sure to read the section below that explains lost or damaged packages.
Please also note that once 30 days have passed from the date you received your package, we can’t offer replacements, refunds, or any form of compensation for items that break afterward.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order heads off with the courier, it’s sadly out of my hands. I pack everything securely and with care, but I can’t control how the package is handled during transit.
Because of that, I’m not able to offer full refunds or full exchanges for items that arrive damaged due to postal or travel-related issues.
If your package does arrive damaged, please reach out anyway at deardecal@gmail.com - I’ll always do what I can within the limits of the shipping tier chosen.
Made to Order Items
Some of the goodies in my shop are made to order, which means they’re created just for you after you place your order. This helps keep things sustainable, reduces waste, and lets me put the same amount of love and attention into each piece. Because these items are crafted individually, processing times may vary slightly, and small variations can occur - that’s the magic of handmade work. Made-to-order items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started, so please double-check your choices before checkout. I promise it’ll be worth the wait.
Privacy Policy
Information collected on this site is to be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be used by the owner of this site for any other purpose. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks, and the owner of this site is only able to see the last 4 digits of any card or payment method for identification purposes.

Processing Times
Every order is handmade, packed, and shipped by me, so processing times can vary a bit depending on how wild the workload is. Generally, orders are processed within 7 days of purchase. During peak seasons, shop updates, or busy event periods, processing may take up to 3 weeks.
Preorders will have their own timelines listed on the product page, since those items are created specifically for you once orders close.
Shipping Times
Everything is shipped to you within South Africa. The estimated shipping times are the estimated amount of time your order will take to get to you after you receive a shipping confirmation.
These estimations are average ranges based on prior orders.

Sustainable Shipping
In an attempt to be more eco-friendly, I may reuse clean packaging from parcels I have received. If you do not want reused packaging, please mention it as a comment to accompany your order.
