Does a company make your products?

No, so most things are created, designed, and packaged by me. This is a one-person small business, so every item comes with a lot of love and attention to detail.

Some items I outsource (as I don't have the equipment to make it... yet), but the designs are still all mine.

How do I contact you if I have a problem?

You are more than welcome to send me a WhatsApp message on 063 905 7561 or send me an email at deardecal@gmail.com.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders ship within 7 days. During peak times, like shop updates or holiday seasons, shipping can take up to 2 weeks. Preorders may have longer handling times depending on the product.

Can I request custom bumper stickers?

Yes! If you want a custom bumper sticker, you can send your design to me, and I will make it for you.

Also, if you saw a bumper sticker I made but you did not like the colour, I can make it in your preferred colour.

Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

Since this is a small one-person business, I can’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items that are received as described. If something is defective or the wrong item is sent, contact me within 7 days of receipt at deardecal@gmail.com and I’ll make it right.

What if my package is damaged during shipping?

I can’t control what happens once the package leaves my hands. You can contact the courier company for more information.

Do you ship sustainably?

I try to be eco-friendly by reusing clean packaging from parcels I’ve received. If you’d prefer brand-new packaging, just let me know in the order notes!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Tracking information is sent once your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no - I only ship within South Africa... for now.

The Garden Society - Monthly Mail

When do I need to order to be included?

Place your order or start your subscription between the 1st and the 25th to be included in next month’s mail.

What happens if I order after the 25th?

You’ll automatically be scheduled for the following month after next. The cutoff helps everything run smoothly and on time.

Is this a subscription or a once-off purchase?

Both options are available. You can grab a once-off Monthly Mail or subscribe to receive it automatically each month.

Can I skip a month on my subscription?

Yes. Just make sure to pause or cancel before the 25th so you’re not billed for the next cycle.

Can I buy past Monthly Mail themes?

If there’s leftover stock, they may appear in the shop later - but Monthly Mail themes are mostly limited to their month.

I might add a secret shop in the future with bundled items, which would be accessible to The Garden Society members.

Some single items will be available to order from the shop.
